Hello Today is July 1st and I am very frustrated. I weighed in at the gym. For the month of June i lost 6 pounds on the scale, and gained 1 to 3 inches seperately on my arms waist and legs.
arms 1" increase.
waist 2 " increase
Thigh 3" increase
How can this be possible. I have been jogging out. I did this 4 times last week. I exercised so far 2 days of 3 this week already( today is Wednesday) Why would I gain inches on my body?
Any idea's?
