Hi
Whats the best trainers for running?
Im a big lad. Trying to drop a few pounds.
Asics foundations ive heard are recommended?

You heard right with the Aasics. They offer a lot of different fits usually at reasonable prices. Also they carry wides (which can be hard to find with many brands.) I recommend looking up pronation (your feet may be under pronating, over pronating or neutral) to decide what type of foundation you need in your sneakers.
