At the 'watched topics' page ( http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/my_account.php ) tick to the left of the topics you want to stop watching and then click 'Remove Selected' (which is top-right of this topic list).

To do it once just for a topic you're currently reading, scroll to the bottom and pick 'Unwatch Topic' (which is just below 'Current time is XXX'
