So, how are you doing with your new years resolutions?  I know a lot of resolutions revolve around weight loss and exercise.  This happens every year where the gym is just packed.  I give it a few more weeks (if that) before it starts getting back to normal again.  Like any change you make in your life, you have to really want it in order to succeed.  I was just reading this article(http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28449267/) about how some of the contestants from the biggest loser have gained back most of their weight, and one of the trainers attributes it to them losing weight for the competition or the money instead of for themselves.  If you have already screwed up a few times this year, don’t worry about it, just check it off as a bad day, and hit it again the next day.  All right I’ll stop (I’m starting to feel like Tony Robbins), anyone want to walk on some hot coals?

Hi, great post!  Yes, I think now is the time when it is easy to lose sight of those resolutions which were set for 2009.  I personally don't do resolutions, mine has been more of an evolution - meaning, apparently I started making the changes when I was ready to do so and not in line with any calendar.

I am sometimes scared about putting all the weight back on also.  I did lose it for myself, my own health and fitness and just feeling great and looking great.  However, I am one of those people who will drive really hard toward a fixed goal.  Once I reach that goal weight however, that weight loss motivation and the feelgood of going down in clothing sizes will be all used up.  The challenge will be staying motivated at that point.  Hopefully my addiction to exercise and my (mostly) good eating will continue.  It has sure made a difference in how I feel physically.

I always keep in mind to stay fit all the time. I exercise using my home gym equipments.

I really tend to give time on my exercise even on my hectic schedules.
