i'd love to be your buddy!! i'm sixteen years old and currently weigh about 155 lbs and want to lose about 20 pounds.  i lost weight about three years ago and have been able to keep the 15 pounds off.  im trying again and it has been really tough.  the school year was very hard on me emtionally and well as physically.  i was sick all winter.  now i am trying my hardest to lose the weight.  i have to admit that i have been slacking off.  i know though that we can help each other through this and come out looking beautiful and healthy.

i am sorry to hear that you were sick :(
but yess we can totally do it! i've been slacking too lol but i'm totally ready to  buckle down and drop some lbs ;D lol

btw my name is kelly.  i'm ready for the new me.  i still have a good month till school starts again and i want to look good.  wat are you doing to lose weight????  i am watching what i eat and my portions and im also trying to exercise.  i work at a local amusement park in the rides department, so i am on my feet all day, so sometimes when i come home exercise is the last thing i want to do.  i'm not sure if its just me but around my period i usually gain to pounds.  my periods ar brutal on me and i get so bloated.  i weigh in on fridays.  this week i will be on vacation starting tuesday, so i won't weigh in this friday.  i will still have access to a computer so we can still chat. i will usually post in the morning due to my work schedule.

i'm trying to eat healthier foods and also watch my portions too.  food is seriously my biggest problem because i love eating lol. i don't mind exercising, actually. but i tend to put it off until it's too late to do it lol i'm such a procrastinator. have fun on vacation!

haha me too. i do love running on my treadmill and i always feel better after, its just he motivation to get me on it.  i can't wait to relax at the beach.  don't worry i will have lots of fun.  the weather here is pittsburgh is sucking majorly.  yesterday i wore a hoodie all day.  it is at least sunny today.  usually it starts to get really warm.

i wish i had a treadmill...it'd be so much nicer to run on that than go outside lol
oh my god you're from pittsburgh?! i am too! lol i live 40 minutes away :) and yesss the weather has sucked! ugh :( it feels like fall

hey im back from vacation!!! the weather was amazing and i had a great relaxing time.  i am now ready more than ever to start my weight loss.  i have lots of new energy and drive.  that is so cool that you are from pittsburgh too. hopefully the weather will get nice.  i heard it was #%@&! while we were gone.  hope you are doing well and have made progress. :-)

i'm glad to hear you had a good time on vacation! yeah, it rained here a lot over the past week. pretty sucky but oh well lol. and that's good that you have the drive! i have been doing okay eating wise. these past 2 days have been really good for me. i just need to exercise now! lol

same here....i did good eating today but i need to get back on my treadmill.  once i get into i like it but its the motivation  to get back into a routine.  good luck this week and hopefully on friday i'll have good news for you.

yeah i would really love to say i've gotten back into my routine, and am losing weight.  no i gained weight from going on vacation and can't seem to get a jump start.  i can honestly say that i really haven't been trying and haven't had the motivation to get on my treadmill.
