Move away the calories.

So, we need to burn off more calories.  Here are a few ideas that might help.
It is obvious that walking more will burn off more calories.  So, instead of asking
someone else to go to the kitchen, or wherever, activate yourself and get up and
go for yourself.

Another thing that you can do is to make several trips - on purpose.
If you know that you are going to need to get your shoes and your keys,
then just get your shoes and put them on.  Then make that extra effort to
get your keys.

Instead of letting your dog (if you have one) out in the yard, take it for a walk.
You can also just play with your dog.  Your dog will love you all the more and you
will get the benefit of some quality time with your dog. The same goes for you
cat owners.  Stand and play with your cat using a piece of string or small toy.
This will keep your cat busy for 10 - 15 minutes a couple of times a day, and
will move a few more calories out of your body.  Just standing more often
will burn off a few more calories each day.

These are really terrific ideas!

I have been finding ways to move my body in a way that burns calories, no matter what I'm doing, such as making my movements more exaggerated while cleaning or reaching for something.  I may look silly, but, I don't care!  Atleast I'm burning more calories!

Yeah I definitely that walking is the best method to burning those body fat. I actually make it to a point that I walk 15 minutes a day and then swim for an hour or so on a weekend. I also walk instead of riding going to the store (which is a 20 minutes walk)
