Hi all

Just started doing Brit Mil Fit bootcamp and dang.... is it hard.   Has anyone heard of them and what did you think? I'm loving it and you cuss alot while doing it...but the sense of achivement afterwards is phenomenal.

It helps to  dream of skinny jeans while you do yet another burpee ( I know it sounds rude... but apparently its a type of exercise)

The first class is free if anyone would like to try it.

I see the aren't any takers. Well I just got back from my 9:30 session and let me tell you it was tough!!!!!!

Basically it is run by ex servicemen.... yes GI Joe types (eye candy). You work out in a park for 1 hour and it involves alot of running, sprints, sit ups, squats and push up and of course the forementioned burpees. The  sessions push you beyond anything you can achieve on your own in the gym.

Its *&$$££$% hard but its so rewarding. after losing a stone I needed to jump start my weightloss again and this is my chosen method. the funny thing is I might have to actually eat more to fuel my workouts.     Never thought I'd see that day.....
