| I LOVE THIS CHICK! Wow, what a great singer! I was so glad to see her win 5 out of 6 Grammies last night. Did anyone see her reaction? She was stunned. I do hope she can continue to heal and get sober, she is too big a talent to lose!

| I've heard her music is supposed to be fantastic, but I've never really listened; all the gossip unfortunately is about her other 'issues'. I caught about 5 seconds of her on Grammy night - and didn't realize she was so freaky looking.

| I didn't see the Grammy awards, so I have no idea how she looked....but I'm with jonibug about her voice - ditto on the "raw/honest/gutsy"...the first time I heard her CD I was just blown away and developed this instant "girl crush" based on her talent....I kinda hate celeb "news" stories so only have a vauge idea about her current problems (drugs? rehab?) - but her music - just a powerful force of nature.

| Well I'm not really into new music anyhow, I don't even know one thing she sings! I like 80's stuff some 90's and a few newer songs that I've heard here and there. I listen to talk radio most of the time, so I am out of the music loop. But I am not really missing much am I?

You're not missing much if you're not into music.
I was not that into music once Disco died (stop laughing! LOL!) But I started dating a musician and now have an entirely different perspective of it. I'm very happy its in my life now! It is quite a gift when someone shares their talent.
