Help me lose weight

Hello all
Im 18 years old and i beleive im overweight. Im 103 kilograms and around 6 foot 3 inches tall. I eat healthy meals and dont get takeout to much but it seems im putting on weight. I need some tips on how to lose weight and become more fit. What are some good excersises I can do to lose some weight around the backside area? If you dont mind please give me any tips on how to lose weight. How far would i have to walk each day to lose weight? How many minutes of excersise would i need to do each day to lose weight fast?

Well, your BMR is probably around 2600.  If you ate that plus added an hour long walk, you'd lose about 1 lb a week.  If you decreased your calories to about 2000, you'd lose about 2 lbs.  It takes a 3500 calorie a week deficit to lose 1 lb.  The key is to lose slowly and be patient.  Extreme diets and exercise regimins rarely work long term b/c they're impossible to stick to.

I don't know your fitness level, so I really cannot say what you need to do.  Walking/jogging is great and can be done anywhere/anytime.  I find that breaking my workout routines up into 2-3 sessions a day is easier.

Don't worry.I will give you some tips for weight loss.First tip is control on your diet . Second tip is do exercise daily.Third tip is drink atleast 6 or 8 glasses water daily. And eat fruits,When your weight-loss plan includes healthy strategies like vegetables and fruits and meal replacements, the more of these you eat the more success you'll have.

Hi

Try doing cardios for about 20mins in the morning, it burns fat throughout the day.
Def change your diet. Less carbs, lot of veggies, fruits, and lay off juice and soda for awhile. Water suppresses your appetite and burns fat :)

I exercise about 45mins to 1hr and 30mins nighttime depends on which exercise days it is. I run for 30 mins goes to cardio too.

In the morning or night time, I switch from jogging to interval, swimming, or biking.
whatever my body wants to do, I do the exercise my body doesnt to do just so that its not "comfortable"

it worked great for me, hope it works great for you too.
