I practised one video workout for about a month. Then I found that it was not interesting anymore, and that was the reason why I didn't whant to practice anymore.

So, I decided it is much more interesting to practice different workouts. Here I want to share low-price video workouts :)

This is very nice workout. It include work with all muscles. It blends familiar “Buns of Steel” body-sculpting with newer Pilates and balance routines (Tamilee was the original “Buns” star). While each segment focuses on a specific muscle group, they often double their effectiveness by working another body part at the same time (e.g. engaging your lower body as you tone your abs). The fast-paced buns segment is all-standing; it uses a step to precisely target your buttocks. The abs section is pure floor work — bicycles, bridges and curls. The upper- body routines include balance and core exercises. Tamilee’s one-on-one cuing is clear and encouraging (“if you can’t go this high, that’s okay”). Each segment can be programmed to play in any order.

Total muscles sculpting by Cathie Fridriche is the beginner/intermediate workout. This workout will help you to shape and tone your muscles while burning fat. Stability ball is used in abs workout. If you have no stability ball you may practice this workout as well. This workout is focused exactly on abdominal muscles. It includes toninig of deep abdominal muscles and shaping waist exercises.
