'Ello loves. So, I have a question to any P90X people, or any beach body fans.
Would this work for me? I'm 15 and looking to become stronger, faster, and slimmer.
My problem is that I can not do a pull up. I can barely do 20 good push ups and I'm flabby everywhere. However, I am on my JV volleyball team at school; and I have run a mile in 7min. 45sec. Will this program still work for me? Is it worth it? I understand muscle confusion, however I'm not sure about the eating guide. I fallow what my mom puts on the table; so if I fallow it loosely will I still get the same results?
Would you suggest something Else? Turbo jam seemed okay; or even slim in 6. Which one would you suggest? Also, how much money in total was it? I'm getting a variety of numbers. Anywhere from 80-120. Is it worth it?
Sorry if this is just a repeating topic, but I wanted to hear some real stories...
Thanks!

| That P90X looks ridiculously difficult! Not to mention expensive. I wouldn't waste my money on it. Look on You Tube for workouts. There are tons of them and they're free.

| p90x would work great. it is semi expensive but if you are serious about your workout and can stick with it for all 90 days you will get amazing results . there are alternatives to pullups until you can do a pullup without any help.
