Is anyone on the 3-hour diet by Jorge Cruise and having any luck with it? I just bought the book and need a diet that is not to complicated. I do not nor have the time to cook. Please let me know your thoughts on this diet if you have tried it or are currently on it. Thanks

Sorry I missed this post :) I don't know if you're around anymore, but . . . I was on the 3 hour diet. And it worked really well (It's what I went on when I stopped binging and purging :) I lost 7 pounds. But I was only able to stick on it consistently for 4 weeks. The first week I lost 1 pound, 2nd week 2 pounds, 3rd week 3 pounds, 4th week, 1 pound . . . and then I was really sick of the meal planning and food prep. So, I went off of it. But I did like it pretty well. Oh, and after the 1st week I went down to 1250 calories, because I was under 140, and well, I wanted my darn 2 pounds per week :)
Edited to add: I do think the 3 hour thing is a little silly, however. I don't think your body is quite that dumb. I think its more to give you something besides the fact that you're hungry to focus on--watching the clock gets a little silly and annoying too.Last edited on 13 April 2006 09:44 pm by Be A Cow
