| I believe the best diet consists of mostly fruits and veggies with low fat protiens. I suggest reading the diary section of this forum to see what's working for other people. Welcome to the forum!

Nir always says read the tutorials as a good start (top left).
I presume you are in the states. I just googled "healthy eating US Govt" hit images button and you will see pictures of what you should be eating.
Couldn't be simpler.
Try the calculators above to see how much you should be eating of those foods.
For the first few weeks weigh everything you eat to get the hang of portion sizes.
Throw in some exercise and you are off and running so to speak

There are many fake sites and fake medicines so you should be careful before choosing a drug store. I did some research of weight loss and drug store, at last i decided to go for xenical and i got it from dealgeneric.com
I am now happy with the results :)
Thanks

You can find loads of information on the web about weight loss and the right kinds of food to eat as well as exercise regimes.
Try to stay away from these fad diets and weight loss pills. Opt for a healthy balanced diet. Cut down on the carbs and alcohol, eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, eat foods high in protien such as chicken and eggs, fish is also really good for you.
Pop some exercise in to the mix and your well on your way to losing weight but more importantly a healthy lifestyle that can help prevent illnesses like diabetes.
good luck!
