okay so I am going to Hawaii in less than two months and i want to get toned and drop as many lbs as possible before I go...I try to exercise as much as possible but its hard when I dont know what works the best.. I dont even know how to get started with this so help is much APPRECIATED!

| My suggestion is to just start period. Pick a calorie and activity level to start out at and follow that for a week. If you haven't seen a loss consider decreasing your daily calories or upping your workout. The hardest part is really keeping to something long enough to see if it's working.
