Crunching those numbers: your BMI is 31.9. Your unadjusted RMR is 1521. At your BMI it is safe to eat fewer calories - up to 75% of that number (this works out at 1141) so you might want to set yourself a target 0f 1200 a day. If you stick to that you should be able to lose at least 1lb a week (even without exercise). I therefore predict that something in the food you're eating brings that total up and is sabotaging your efforts.
What I think would be most helpful for you right now is to keep eating what you're eating right now and use a calorie counting website or program to track calorie intake, at least for a few days. Is it less than 1200? Is it more than 1800? Make adjustments as necessary. Perhaps you're eating too little, perhaps some ingredient you're not focusing on is bumping up calories, perhaps it is all good but portion sizes mean you're eating too many calories.
Find out - knowledge is power
ps in your other post you mentioned 'beyond calories' those are reasonably flexible guidelines that you could potentially lose weight within subject to the above extra note about calories. If you're interested, go to the FL4I section of the forum where you'll find some other people following BC and compare notes.

| ok so i figured it out so far as calories for the day as of 5pm and i'm only at 600 calories in so far.. so i guess i need another 600 today? i walked 2 miles this morning before work at 7am and ran my booty off all day at work, really heart pumping and sweating.. so i only counted 2 hrs walking fast and i burned 550 calories.. i really need to bring snacks with me to work but just too busy at work on weekends.. thanks for the advice and i do agree i need up the calories..

| certainly if you have been consistently eating too few calories that tends to have the effect of slowing things down. Also note that in such a case the advice is to bring calories back up gradually (or else risk some wait gain)
