Does anyone get diet magazines and if so which ones do your like the best. I personally get womens health and shape. I don't know if either are really considered diet magazines, but they sure have allot of info in them on dieting and exercise.

So, wondering what everyone else is reading these days.

Well darn, and I was looking forward to getting my next copy. Oh well, at least I still get my shape one. And now that my daughter is out of the house, I get first dibs on it.

I use to get the redbook, I like that one, but it doesn't have much to do with dieting. I heard that allot people get the one called prevention (or something like that). I have never read that one myself.

I like Shape, I don't have a subscription but whenever I can think of an excuse to buy a mag that's what I go for.  I like the exercises in it, plus it seems the focus is more towards good health than specifically weight loss. Plus I love reading the success stories, they're always inspirational.

shape, self, and women's health. i also like men's health.

the two former are great to read on the elliptical or stationary bike (i find the print in WH is small and difficult to read when working out).

I used to have subscriptions to Shape, Fitness, and Muscle & Fitness Hers all at the same time.  They'd eventually pile up and I'd end up with several issues of each to catch up on.  It got a bit out of hand and I let all of them go.  My favorites were M&F Hers and Shape though.
