i must apologise that this is my first post in advance.
i have been maintaining my weight around 57.30kg for the last 2 weeks or so which has been fine. last night i gave in and ate a bowl of bran flakes before i went to bed, roughly 300 calories more than my daily average intake. i've woken up this morning and checked my weight; i've gained about 1.30kg roughly.
is this simply a temporary weight gain (gone by tomorrows weigh in) and nothing to worry about or is it something more sinisister? how can i have gained 1.30kg overnight? do bran flakes simply take longer to digest or something?
thanks for your help!

| It's probably just water retention and/or you need to have a good BM...

| I think "BM" means "bowel movement".

I would say it's just temporary. I had my last two day weigh ins at 127lbs. Then this morning it was 124lbs.
So, because of this I post my weight at physics diet fitness log. I put in my pounds each day and it gives me my average.
It's kind of a piece of mind so I don't do what you are right now and wonder if there is more to it.

| You should get to a point to where you know that when you jump on the scale if it is reading differnt to what's in the system or not. It's your body, you should know how if functions better than anyone.
