Is there something you love to eat so much that you just can't (or won't) give it up, even if it's bad for your diet plan?  For me, it's pizza :pizza:.  I try to limit myself to plain or veggie, but I could never live without it!

Just about everybody has a food that they can't give up. Too me, cheese burgers are my love but instead of eating 2, 2.5 burgers i'll eat 1, sometimes 1.5. I'll share a half a burger with my mom or dad so it's not being wasted

Can I name three foods?  Mine would be lasagna, spaghetti and pizza.  But if I had to choose one, it would be lasagna.  I don't get to eat it very often but I wouldn't be able to give it up.  Life would just be too depressing.

God, I have more than one. I just try to make allowance for them and cut in other areas. I also, am always trying lighter versions or lower fat/less calories items.

Cheese is a hard one for me. I can't do the fat free, so I try to stick with the slices made with 2% milk or low fat cheese.

Beer is another one. I just heard of this new kind that is only 85cals. Going to half to try that one out.

Ice cream- I just found some new fat free kind that I like. So, I will use that for now.

Burgers- I try to do turkey burgers, but once a month I will let myself have the real thing.

Pizza- I make all sorts of different kinds. My favorite substitute for pizza is using the soft tortilla shells and use cut up turkey lunch meat (I use the land o lakes brand), or turkey ham, pizza sauce, low fat cheese and fry it in a pan on both sides.

I feel that if you cut out everything you like to eat in your diet, then your just setting yourself up for failure.

2. Mrs Fields Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich:chewing:

I just limit myself on both but since I have been needing more calroies just to maintain the sandwich has been consumed a little more latley  Yeah I know it isnt good but you can only go so long with out one . Figured 8 months was long enough:grin:

Potatoes. Without a doubt. I gave them up once for a year, not again. I have been on a diet and have not had a potatoe yet but I am not 'giving them up' I am just refraining until such time as my diet will allow them (multistep diet). I might have a bite of a potatoe every now and then. I have actually found that when I see something really good, just a bite will satisfy the flavour, if not the appitite. I do not do that too often however.
