It's great to see everyone's success stories and pictures from before and after. I'll try to post some soon of my transformation. But I lost 65lbs by following the Eat-Clean Diet. I found it online after searching and trying a million different weight-loss methods. I liked it at first because it taught me how to eat right and exercise properly. It wasn't a quick fix with hormone replacements and I'm always eating real meals and not replacing food with shakes or anything like that. Tosca Reno (the creator of the program) has a bunch of workout books, journal aids and cookbooks out and I have to say I never feel cheated of the food I used to eat and the Eat-Clean Diet Workout book really taught me how to target the right muscles and how to workout smart.
I'm now interested in trying into Yoga for my posture and to keep my stress level down!
